Filmless PACS Brochure (240k)
RIS/HIS Connectivity
The latest RIS Range of products interface to PACS via the CDN XML PACS BROKER RIS/HIS system. However, the CDN CentraRad Server includes a pseudo HL7 port that makes the MITRA PACS Broker obsolete.
Central PACS Servers with RAID
CentraRad PACS systems revolve around one or more servers. Each server controls the image distribution, archival, printing and other housekeeping tasks. All data is stored on RAID for security against data loss, and if required, can be mirrored off-site for additional protection.
DICOM Components
CDN provides a full range of DICOM 3.0 compliant client and server side components, which integrate seamlessly into the CentraRad PACS. The range includes Storage Class for modality image acquisition, Worklists for modality requests of waiting patient lists, and Print Class for image printing to any film or paper DICOM-compliant printer.
